We may offer additional services to complement this implementation service that has been accredited by Blackbaud.

Who will I be working with?

You will have one primary consultant who is an expert in both digital fundraising and Blackbaud Luminate Online®. Your consultant will be your main point of contact and be supported by strategists, developers, copywriters, and designers. Our entire team is certified in Blackbaud Luminate Online® through Blackbaud University.

Our team at Doing Good Digital, comprised of Blackbaud Luminate Online®, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®, and creative specialists, is committed to delivering high-touch customer service through structured and agile campaign planning and implementation. We conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings to ensure clear role definitions between teams, fostering a collaborative environment that leads to successful outcomes and strong relationships with our clients.

What is the timeline for a Blackbaud Luminate Online® implementation?

During the initial month of the project, our approach centers on a collaborative discovery phase, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent phases. This crucial period focuses on establishing objectives, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while also looking at opportunities for segmentation and personalization that work with your audience. In the second month, efforts shift toward the design and development of essential fundraising tools, including initial donation forms and email templates. By the third month, these assets are refined and finalized, setting the stage for the launch of an initial email automation series - such as a welcome series. This leads to the last phase, where all planned elements are actively implemented, and comprehensive and personalized training is provided to ensure your team is fully equipped to manage and sustain the new platform.
