Automatic Two-Way Data Sync
With the Blackbaud integration, schools can seamlessly exchange data with SchoolPass using the Blackbaud SKY API:
- Let Blackbaud add, update, and remove student and parent data in
SchoolPass automatically
- SchoolPass can push attendance data (absences, late arrivals, and early
dismissals) to Blackbaud
- Optionally, SchoolPass can pull attendance data from Blackbaud
- Use Blackbaud SSO when logging into SchoolPass
Parent App
Today’s parents run their lives from phones. With the SchoolPass app, parents and authorized adults can check children in and out from the car using GPS. SchoolPass allows parents to update their child’s attendance, arrival, dismissal, and afterschool activity schedule from an app.
Campus Wellness
Reopen Safely with SchoolPass Campus Wellness. Create a daily wellness screening process with customizable questions and actions. Staff, parents, and students complete the screening process from an easy-to-use website or app.
Take student temperatures before they enter the school with thermographic cameras. View an ill student’s class, after school activity, carpool, and bus ridership history to simplify contact tracing.

Student Attendance
SchoolPass Attendance Software connects parents, teachers, and the front office for a seamless attendance experience. Teachers mark students as late or absent from real-time attendance rosters. Attendance statuses are automatically sent to the front office and Blackbaud SKY.
Administrators can view live and historical attendance at any time. Parent changes (made via our app) are automatically merged into the teacher’s attendance dashboard.

Dismissal
Automate dismissal changes, streamline carlines, and authorize pickups with the SchoolPass Dismissal System. Student arrival and dismissal changes are communicated in real-time to administrators, teachers, and affiliated parents. This reduces front office manual work by up to 85% by eliminating notes, phone calls, and emails.
Dismissal carline drivers are identified based on license plates, RFID tags, and GPS. Staff uses this information to dismiss students from the classroom when their ride arrives, organize students in the carline, and quickly authorize pickups.
